Potential Documentary Subjects

Alexis

If I were to do a documentary on Alexis, mockumentary would be the style. There is a documentary series on MTV, True Life, that follows people in certain situations every episode. I think it would be clever to do a mockumentary on Alexis, something like True Life: Im addicted to cartoons. Make this seem like a real life problem and have some statistics that make it seem real like the clip we viewed in class.



Sonya

I work with Sonya at Hacienda. The inspiration for following her would again be something of a True Life inspiration. She is 24 years old, has lived on her own and supported herself since she was 18 years old. She is one of the nicest people I know always doing things for others and trying to do her best to counsel others and putting herself second. The focus would be on her kindness.

Storyboard

I decided to do a story that I know really well. That story is of a kid who wants to watch tv and wants candy but her room is a mess. The story follows her wanting these things and having to clean her room to get them. It ends with her getting both of these things because her room is clean.
