The difference between the videos is interesting, the non-diagetic version you can feel the excitement of the kids being involved in the activities, in the diagetic version, it's more like being the parent watching the activities take place. Fun!
The non-diagetic version shows a good example of the power of sound design. By adding specific music and cues the video becomes more credible and and purposeful than the personal video style of the diegetic video. Although you fulfilled the parameters of the assignment, you are losing some points because this video was not created for this assignment.
